Book Notes:

First Time Users…

First, choose Getting Started… from the Help menu for a printable RealeWriter at a Glance page. Print that page and keep it near your computer.

Then, choose RealeWriter Help from the Help menu and select Quick Start for a full set of guidelines for all the basic features of RealeWriter.

The movies in the Help menu also show how to use the main features of RealeWriter.

Next, choose My First RealeBook from the Templates found in the File menu. This is a sample RealeBook. It offers a guided “hand holding” tour of RealeWriter’s basic features.

About:
Add book information.

Contact Sheet:
Add images, double-click into and out of Image Organizer.

Storyboard:
Drag images from Image Organizer to the book layout.

Composer:
Select page. Add and revise text. Change image.

Image Editor:
Crop, rotate, and adjust color of selected image.

Publish:
Print planning documents, RealeBooks, and
individual images.

Create a RealeBook web site.

Publish to one of the RealeWriter Online! web
site services.

Experienced Users…

Open a new RealeBook. Highlight the text in this area and enter new default text for Notes and Instructions here for future RealeBooks.

Then make that RealeBook using Save as “New” Template in the File menu.
